The terms, in plain language
These terms cover your booking for The Company That Runs Without You, a two-day workshop for founders, held in Mumbai. By booking a seat you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.

Who is selling you this seat
The workshop is delivered and invoiced by Ethika Worklife Private Limited, referred to on this page as “we” and “us”. A GST invoice is issued once payment is made. This workshop is a leadership programme. Nothing about it, this page, or the booking process offers or solicits insurance of any kind.
What you are buying
- One seat, in your name, at a two-day in-person workshop in Mumbai, capped at 30 founders.
- The seat is personal to the founder who books it. The room is founders-only; seats are not for delegates or team members. If you need to change the name on a booking, write to us before the workshop and we will help where we can.
- Lunch and two tea breaks on both days, and the workshop kit including the workbook, are included in the fee.
The fee
- The fee is ₹20,000 plus 18% GST per seat. The first five seats in a batch are ₹10,000 plus 18% GST.
- The price you pay at booking is the price you keep, even if your seat later moves to a later Mumbai batch.
- You pay online on this website, straight after you register, through our payment processor Razorpay; payment is by UPI, card or netbanking, and your card details never reach our servers. A GST invoice is emailed to you after payment, tell us your company GSTIN when you pay if you need it on the invoice.
Locking your price early
The current batch is confirmed for 3 October 2026 · Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. Booking early locks your price and holds your seat. If a later batch is announced before you attend, the price you paid still stands. What happens if the date does not suit you is covered by the refund policy below, word for word as it appears on the workshop page.
The refund policy
Three ways you cannot lose:
- Day one does not earn its fee → full refund, claimed before day two begins.
- The date does not suit you → your seat moves to the next Mumbai batch at the price you paid.
- No batch works for you within six months → full refund.
The day-one guarantee, in full. Sit through the whole of day one. If by 5 pm you do not have a clearer answer to why your company cannot run without you, tell us before day two begins, and we refund the full fee. No form. No argument. No awkward conversation. You keep the workbook.
How to claim it: tell any member of the workshop team in person before day two begins, or send a message to the contact in the final section before day two begins. That is the whole process.
If no date works for you: if no Mumbai date works for you within six months of your booking, write to us and we refund in full. Your money can wait for a batch; it is never trapped in one.
If we cancel a batch outright and do not offer a date you can attend, we refund in full.
Refunds go back to the account that paid, within 7 working days.
The workshop materials
The Founder’s Map, the Curve Card, the Audit Card, the Boat Sheet and the workbook are yours to keep and to use inside your own company. Please do not reproduce or resell them, or record the sessions, without our written permission. Other founders in the room are speaking candidly; what is shared in the room stays in the room.
The usual legal lines
- The workshop is teaching and facilitation. It is not legal, financial, tax or insurance advice, and outcomes in your company depend on what you do after the two days.
- Our total liability for any claim connected to your booking is limited to the fee you paid.
- These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
- We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to you.
