These terms cover your booking for The Company That Runs Without You, a one-day workshop for founders and business leaders, held in New Delhi. By booking a seat you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.

Who is selling you this seat
The workshop is delivered and invoiced by Ethika Worklife Private Limited, referred to on this page as “we” and “us”. A GST invoice is issued once payment is made. This workshop is a leadership programme. Nothing about it, this page, or the booking process offers or solicits insurance of any kind.
What you are buying
- One seat, in your name, at a one-day in-person workshop on Saturday 21 November 2026 · Crowne Plaza, Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi, capped at 20 seats.
- The seat is personal to the person who books it and cannot be passed to someone else. Seats are for founders, co-founders, CEOs, COOs, business owners, managing directors, chairmen and partners; they are not for delegates or team members.
- Lunch, high tea twice, the workshop kit, a copy of Everyone is CEO, and a notepad and pen are included in the fee. Travel and stay are not.
The fee
- The fee is ₹12,500 plus 18% GST per seat. The first 5 seats are ₹9,990 plus 18% GST.
- The price you pay at booking is the price you keep, even if your seat later moves to a later date.
- You pay online on this website, straight after you register, through our payment processor Razorpay; payment is by UPI, card or netbanking, and your card details never reach our servers. A GST invoice is emailed to you after payment. If you need your company GSTIN on it, enter it in the GSTIN field on the payment page.
The early price
The workshop is confirmed for Saturday 21 November 2026 · Crowne Plaza, Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi. The early price applies to the first 5 seats only; after that, everyone pays the standard fee. No extensions, no exceptions.
The refund policy
No refund. A booked seat can only be moved to a later date.
If you cannot attend: tell us before the day and your seat moves to a later date, at the price you paid. It cannot be passed to someone else.
If we cancel the workshop outright and do not offer a date you can attend, we refund in full.
Refunds go back to the account that paid, within 7 working days.
The workshop materials
The Founder’s Map, the Curve Card, the Audit Card, the Build Sheet, the CLIMB workbook and the Boat Sheet are yours to keep and to use inside your own company. Please do not reproduce or resell them, or record the sessions, without our written permission. Other founders in the room are speaking candidly; what is shared in the room stays in the room.
The usual legal lines
- The workshop is teaching and facilitation. It is not legal, financial, tax or insurance advice, and outcomes in your company depend on what you do after the day.
- Our total liability for any claim connected to your booking is limited to the fee you paid.
- These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
- We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to you.
